2013 performance has earned Prysmian Group China “A level” supplier status with Dräxlmaier Group, the most important customer for Prysmian Group’s Automotive Business Unit both in China and worldwide. Dräxlmaier Group is a worldwide company that develops and manufactures modern wiring harness systems, exclusive interiors and central electrical and electronic components, with a clear focus on the premium automotive segment.

Dräxlmaier’s annual supplier evaluation is based on several criteria covering various aspects of customer service, including technology, product and service quality, logistics services and delivery reliability. With achievement reached for the 3rd year running and a higher score than the previous year, Prysmian Group exceeded Dräxlmaier’s expectations and even surprised its competitors by obtaining “A level” rating of excellence. According to Flavio Sangalli, Suzhou plant Manager, “We were able to obtain this result by demonstrating continuous attention and dedication to the overall customer experience with our local team, from design to delivery and much more besides.”

This is the first time Prysmian Group receive such a high level acknowledgment by Dräxlmaier Group. “This fantastic result - Sangalli adds – demonstrates the commitment towards customer service excellence of Prysmian China and of the Automotive Business Unit’s dedicated teams around the world.
